The following unique, custom and pre-fab select wood/domed residential and commercial buildings by Solaleya, are adapted to meet the discerning needs of the community, by providing Cedar Rock residents and visitors with healthier and architecturally-inspired buildings that are well-suited to the surrounding environment.


a) Arts On The Plaza is a round, two storey 39'H domed wood structure with over 25,720 sq ft housing both permanent and rotating Fine Arts exhibits (national and international museum quality sculptures, paintings, and artifacts). Specially designated pieces may also be purchased from the gallery's boutique art store.

b) The Dental and Diagnostic Centre is Cedar Rock's finest wood 36'H domed medical, laboratory diagnostic, surgical and radiological centre. This 32,514 sq ft facility provides state of the art dental and ophthamological treatments and other surgical procedures, in a non-toxic environment, which ensures individuals with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and moderate Electromagnetic Sensitivity, remain safe during all examinations and procedures. The Centre provides residents with immediate access to graduate students, surgical residents and visiting specialists for routine, special and emergency (surgical) procedures and consultations.

c) The Emporium, is a two-storey, 40'H half-domed wood/glass building with 20,306 sq ft, featuring quality products and services geared towards healthy, non-toxic life styles. No plastics, or known toxic chemical products or packaging are provided as the retailers offer products that follow guidelines similar to those established by the US Environmental Working Group's mandate. Reference to the Cosmetics Database for all American cosmetic, beauty, and health products sold, ensures that the services provided compliment and enhance the quality of the products themselves.

d) The Financial Services Centre is the community's financial, insurance and legal facility. This unique two-storey, 40'H 10,000 sq ft half domed, glass building, is ergonomically designed, wheelchair accessible, and uses non-toxic materials, that make this building one of the important one-stop service- friendly buildings in the area.

e) The Garbatella is Cedar Rock's round 39'H domed wood, organic café and restaurant that provides over 12,800 sq ft. of indoor and over 5000 sq ft of outdoor, glass-enclosed dining patio space, with stunning panoramic views. This "old-world" building is warm and inviting to the most discriminating connoisseur. Private functions can be arranged with the Executive Chef, as well as a dining experience for six at the "Chef's Table." (3 days notice required). A 1o-day rotating fixed menu with daily specials is offered. A nutritionist is available for consultation (24 hours notice required.) Graduating students of Culinary Art schools are available to demonstrate their skills, and room service is provided to the Hillside Boutique Hotel.

f) The Health Services Centre is the most unique wood domed complex in Cedar Rock. With over 18,000 sq ft of space, specialized medical staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, music therapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, acupuncturists, look after the needs of those suffering with environmental, aging, and other health-related issues. Prevention of disease and illness is the driving initiative behind all personally-tailored treatments.

g) The 32,514 sq ft 36'H domed wood Liason Activity Centre provides residents of the community with access to a nostalgic ballroom, exercise, and music facility where it is possible to learn how to play an instrument, sing, or dance, under the expert instruction of both local and visiting world-class certified, accredited instructors, Yoga and Tai Chi masters. Private exercise, music and dance events can be arranged; and through the Community Association, additional activities can be organized. Seasonal, special event, and competitions are also possible.

h) There are three separate areas, each with a 38'D rotating wood main bungalow, The Magnolia. The are three floor plans to choose from; an open concept; a one bedroom + den; and a two bedroom + den option. Each area also has a 24'D wood guest bunkie, "The Baraka;" a 95 sq ft wood storage/off-gassing shed, "The Ev," and a 96 sq ft "luxury loo – The Catalina" (complete with laundry facilities). Each residental acreage-like area provides independent families and their guests a unique, safe living environment. Long-term leases are available.
