This unique 4 storey rammed earth building comfortably accommodates 51 students, and also serves as accommodations for small conference groups wanting to experience Cedar Rock, while they are attending their meetings and seminars within the community.

The Courtyard offers 30 suites with four unique floor plans ranging from 480 sq ft to 975 sq ft. There are amazing panoramic views from the living garden rooftop and each residential floor's 6 outer suites; and intimate courtyard views from each floor's 4 inner suites.

Other Features Include:

* Rooms equipped with fiber-optic computer access; cable tv; heated
showers, integrated soapstone vanities, Berkey and Aquasana water
purifiers, and plenty of storage space;
* Healthier, non-toxic materials and products are provided or used
throughout the building;
* All nutritional meals are professionally prepared and served in the
common dining room from 0600h to 1930h. Food is not permitted in the
suites or in the study areas, so as to ensure those residents and
visitors who may have food allergies, are not sensitized;
* Meals can be purchased individually in the dining room, or pre-paid
for from any of the available three "meal plan" options;
* Group resident cooking and meal preparation activities are permitted
for special events. Food lockers are available for student use;
* A games room, a lounge area, two un-scented laundry facilities, a
gym, a movie/tv room, and a conference room are available for resident
and visitor use;
* Reception and security personnel are available 24/7 to attend to the
needs and concerns of all our student residents;
*Access to all necessary medical treatment and consultations while in residence.

Note: An Annual Student's Housing Handbook and all applicable forms will be made available on-line and at The Courtyard Housing Office, two months prior to the application period for each semester/session.
